São Paulo – Workers in the pharmaceutical sector in the state of São Paulo, on the basis of CUT and Força Sindical – who have been negotiating in a unified way for some years -, will evaluate a proposal that provides for full inflation adjustment (INPC). The base date is April 1, and the campaign involves approximately 45 thousand employees. Under the proposal, which will still go through assemblies, they will have paid hours for vaccination against covid-19.

According to the directors, in addition to the INPC, estimated at 6.5%, workers who receive up to R $ 4,291.98 will only have a R $ 1 discount on food aid. “At this moment when we face one of the biggest economic crises, aggravated by the pandemic, in addition to high food inflation and attacks on rights, we evaluate the Employer’s proposal as positive”, says the president of Fequimfar (federation linked to the Force), Sergio Luiz Leite, Serginho, who negotiates alongside Fetquim (CUT). The offer from Sindusfarma, the employers’ union, was presented during a videoconference held yesterday (15).

PLR and basket

In companies with up to R $ 100 employees, the current floor, which will be corrected by the INPC, is R $ 1,607.79. In those with more than 100 employees, R $ 1,805.67.

According to the proposal, profit sharing or profit sharing (PLR) is also maintained. For companies with up to 100 employees, the value will be R $ 1,774.43. In the others, R $ 2,461.94. The basic food basket (or food stamp) was fixed at R $ 266 and R $ 400, respectively.

While those who receive up to R $ 4,291.98 would have a discount equivalent to R $ 1, those who are above that amount, in the range up to R $ 6,000, would have discounted 5%. Above R $ 6,000 and up to a ceiling of R $ 8,800, 10%. “For employees who receive a salary above the value of R $ 8,800.00, the benefit will be granted by adhesion of the employee, assuming the full value of the basket or food stamp, except for more favorable conditions practiced by the companies”, informs Fequimfar. Companies that give a basket or voucher must apply the adjustment by INPC.
